Christian Life Resources’ annual convention was held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Slinger, Wisconsin, on Saturday, November 7. The day was filled with great speakers and wonderful fellowship. The 200 attendees, including a great group of teens, were encouraged and uplifted by the events of the day.
A special highlight of the conference was the presentation by Brandy, a former resident at New Beginnings – A Home for Mothers. Brandy told the story of her troubled past, and also explained the ways in which New Beginnings taught her about Jesus as her Savior and helped her on the path to becoming an effective Christian parent.
Information on the 2010 National Convention will be available in the coming months. If you wish to receive current updates on the Convention, or any other CLR activities, sign up for LifeWire, our email news service, through our main website at www.christianliferesources.com.
