Mr. Paul Snamiska, former program administrator at Christian Life Resources, and Rev. Robert Fleischmann, CLR's national director, will present during the Sunday Bible classes on life issues:
Sept. 26: Beginning-of-Life Issues and Challenges given by Mr. Paul Snamiska Abortion is still a serious concern for Christians, but beginning-of-life issues have expanded beyond this single issue. Infertility, use of artificial reproductive technologies, bearing children within non-traditional families and genetic testing are just some of the ethical issues that confront us today. These topics will be discussed within the proper application of Biblical principles.
Sunday, October 3 – End-of-Life Challenges - Making the Tough Decisions given by Mr. Paul Snamiska This study will address some of the common clichés such as: "death with dignity," "quality of life," "being a burden," and "pulling the plug." End-of-life issues have become more and more difficult, so this study will address some practical concerns and work through the challenges related to making end-of-life decisions.
Sunday, October 10 – Eugenics and the Challenge of Improving Human Life given by Pastor Bob Fleischmann This final session will discuss historical and modern efforts to enhance human lives and then examine the danger to the intrinsic value of all human life by some of the efforts. Fleischmann will challenge the group to face the future, understand what is happening, and be prepared to apply God’s Word to these issues.
